Andrew says!

“I am obsessed with houses and in the last 20 years I have seen all different market conditions, met all different types of buyers from the poorest to the richest, met all types of sellers with all different kinds of attitudes, met all different kinds of estate agents, some great, some absolutely awful! Sold luxury homes, dream homes, derelict farm buildings, homes in scary areas, homes burnt down, new homes, 400 year old houses and empty land – That’s why I have the confidence to really say I do know what I am talking about when it comes to houses!!!!”

Andrew started his career in estate agency at the tender age of 17 and sold his first home within a mater of months. His career started with a Bristol based agency who gave him terrific house sales skills. After that another few years were spent at a firm of Chartered Surveyors fine tuning his house selling skills, but combining it with inside knowledge of construction, structural issues, building faults and problems. Continuing from that Andrew spent many years working in The Cotswold’s, selling country cottages, derelict barns, and never went anywhere without a pair of wellies in the boot!

To expand his career further he made the big move to London and spent a few years in Central London selling apartments and townhouses in the famous Baker Street / Oxford Street / Regents Park areas.

For  around 8 years Andrew was a partner and worked in the exciting Canary Wharf area of London, involved  with property investments, property management, sales and new developments - even furnishing homes for clients!

The last year in the UK was spent as a Consultant for a newly created Estate Agency in Kent , overseeing business development, helping sellers get their homes sold and working with the staff and managers to build up their brand.

Five years ago his career gained an added angle - he was chosen to present and research a new TV programme about his favourite subject “Selling Houses”. Over the last 5 years this programme has gone from strength to strength with the current series hitting viewing figures in the UK of between 2.5 – 3 million! Andrew's television progarmme gets aired all across the world
